Choosing Your Massage......

We provide three types of holistic massage (holistic aromatherapy, homeopathic aromatherapy & therapeutic massage) in addition to sports & remedial massage to meet the needs of the physically active and those simply seeking relaxation.

Massage For Stress Relief & Relaxation

Those who are looking for stress relief will be interested in one of our holistic massages. Holistic aromatherapy massage involves the use of essential oils derived from plants known for their healing properties. Essential oils are specially selected following an initial consultation. Homeopathic aromatherapy massage is the combined use of essential oils with homeopathic ingredients which synergise to create powerful treatment oils which enhance and re-balance health and well-being. Using pre-blended aromatherapy oils we also offer light therapeutic massage. Indian Head Massage is a massage to the face, scalp, chest and arms which can help to de-stress, increase relaxation and psychological uplift.

Holistic aromaterapy, homeopathic aromatherapy and therapeutic massage can be used for relaxation and other benefits including pain relief and the alleviation of stress-related complaints such as insomnia, anxiety and tension headaches. Massage For General Aches & Pains

Those who are looking to relieve muscular aches and pains or treat sports injuries will be interested in our sports and remedial massage. Both are forms of deep tissue massage suitable for all - not just the sports person. These massages benefit injuries, general stiffness and muscular aches and pains. Treatments can be based around problem areas and for the sports person treatments can be tailored to pre or post sports massage.

Massage For The Sports Person

The massage strokes used in sports massage are tailored depending on whether a pre
or post sports massage is required. Generally, sports massage
is a more vigorous massage which works deeper into the tissue to increase blood flow, assist in the removal of waste products and reduce muscle tension, ultimately enhancing recovery and maintaining the muscle in optimal condition for training.
