What is Sports Rehabilitation?

In the
UK the BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation degree programme is the only graduate level qualification for sports medicine and exercise professionals. Every graduate of the BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation degree programme is a sports medicine and exercise specialist. As a rehabilitation therapist Rachele is able to provide appropriate treatment for sporting injuries from the time they occurred right up to a return to full functionality and beyond! Treatment is combined with advice on injury prevention and training programme design.

Sports rehabilitation therapists undergo rigorous degree level training and are not only able to treat sports injuries but are also able to help those with general aches and pains that were not brought about by sporting activity. Rachele holds full professional indemnity and public liability insurance and is able to carry out all treatments safely to a high standard.
